Mommy Makeover
A 39 year-old mother of breastfed twins came to Dr. Kirby wearing a 34D bra. She desired for her breasts to be about the same size, but lifted and more symmetrical. She was also bothered by the fullness of her abdominal wall, despite her appropriate weight. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation using 300cc (right) and 270cc (left) smooth silicone implants, along with vertical “lollipop” mastopexy. She now wears a more symmetrical 34D bra. Her Mommy Makeover also consisted of a full abdominoplasty with rectus muscle plication and power-assisted liposuction of the flanks to return her to her pre-baby body type.
