A 39 year-old female, with two breastfed children, wears a 38C bra. She lost 80 pounds through diet and exercise. She is bothered by hanging, excess skin of the abdominal wall and “sagging” breasts. She underwent extended abdominoplasty with rectus muscle plication, power-assisted liposuction of the flanks, and bilateral breast augmentation using 339cc smooth silicone implants in a submuscular position, with full “anchor” mastopexy. She now wears a 36D bra.
