This 49 year-old patient was bothered by the shape and size of her thighs. Because she had some excess fat accumulated on her inner and outer thighs, but good skin elasticity, Dr. Kirby recommended liposuction to address the excess fat and reshape the thighs.  Through tiny, pea-sized incisions, Dr. Kirby performed liposuction on the medial and lateral thigh area, removing excess fat and sculpting a slimmer contour to the inner and outer thighs. The patient is now much happier with the appearance of her thighs.
