56 year-old female, with 3 children(no breastfeeding), wears a 40DDD bra. She is bothered by heavy, painful breasts that contribute to her neck, back, and shoulder pain. She underwent bilateral breast reduction using the “lollipop” technique. She now wears a 40C.
