A 39 year-old female with 2 breastfed children desired a “fuller” DD bra after gastric sleeve and massive weight loss. She was also bothered by a bit of asymmetry between her breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation, using 345cc smooth silicone “soft touch” gummy implants, and anchor mastopexy, and now wears a full 32DD. Photos shown are 6 weeks after surgery.
