Breast Augmentation with Lift
A 47-year-old female with 3 breastfed children wears a 34B bra and would like to wear a C cup. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation using 310cc smooth silicone implants with vertical “lollipop” mastopexy and is now wearing a full 34C cup. She also underwent full abdominoplasty with rectus muscle plication and liposuction of the flanks to complete her mommy makeover. Photos shown are 4 years after surgery.
