A 32-year-old mother of 3 breastfed children had a gastric sleeve. She lost nearly 100 lbs. She was bothered by drooping 38C breasts. She underwent mastopexy, followed later by breast augmentation using full-profile 365cc smooth silicone “soft touch” gummier implants. She also had extended abdominoplasty and liposuction.
