Breast Lift
A 46-year-old HF mother of 2 breastfed children lost 40lbs by diet and exercise. She underwent mastopexy. After surgery, she desired to continue losing weight and started semaglutide to lose additional weight for a total of 50 lbs lost overall. She returned for additional liposuction of the lateral chest. She also underwent extended abdominoplasty and liposuction. Photos shown are 18 months after surgery.
