Breast Implant Removal
A 54-year-old female with symptomatic pectus excavatum (sunken breastbone) and cosmetic silicone breast implants desires removal of breast implants in preparation for pectus excavatum surgery. She underwent removal of aged, intact, textured bilateral breast implants with partial capsulectomy. After the removal of her chest bars, she thinks she will get new silicone breast implants.
