Breast Implant Exchange
A 36-year-old mother of two breastfed children was bothered by her 17-year-old saline breast implants. She desired more optimal symmetry and support of the implants and underwent breast implant exchange with smooth silicone soft touch 445cc “gummier” breast implants with mastopexy.
